Benniman has been honoured with four separate awards at this year’s Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards in Manchester.

Projects at Alto House in Redditch, Vale Park in Evesham, Worcester Six Business Park and CALGAVIN’s new purpose-built headquarters in Alcester, all scooped bronze awards.

Each construction site was awarded a maximum 45 points from CCS following an independent assessment, recognising excellence in respecting the community, caring for the environment and delivering a supportive, inclusive and healthy workplace.

The CCS National Site Awards have been rewarding the UK’s most considerate sites for more than 25 years and are one of the most respected awards in the construction sector.

Benniman’s Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Director, Andy McNair, collected the four awards on behalf of the company.

He said: “We’re honoured to have been recognised with four prestigious CCS awards. This accolade is a fitting reward for our exceptional team who have worked hard to ensure that Benniman’s commitment to give back to the communities it works within is delivered. A key value of the company is to help attract students into the construction sector and provide guidance on pathways into the industry.”
